What I Provide:
I provide short and long-term psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families. I provide talk-based therapy in addition to utilizing body-based and art-based techniques.
Talk therapy can include talking about your memories and past experiences, discussing current relationships, addressing difficult symptoms or behaviors, or making plans for the future. Body-based, or somatic, therapy uses awareness of body sensations and body-based grounding activities to treat trauma and anxiety. Art-based therapies includes use of art materials and activities to tap into unconscious and nonverbal parts of ourselves to better understand our experiences and relationships.
