I've spent over a decade working with adults in crisis or who have a history of trauma and anxiety. I bring years of work with crisis and rape advocacy organizations to support training and experience as a psychotherapist. I also specialize in Infant-Parent Mental Health and Perinatal Mental Health and I've completed additional post-graduate training and experience in these areas. My qualifications include:
My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and reflective. That means I’m most focused on bringing awareness to how we function in relationships. By becoming more aware of our habitual patterns we can develop the ability to shift our strategies to be more effective.
